WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE PSYCHEDELIC RETREAT?

How to proceed:

Your journey begins with a personalised intake call.
Detailed guidance will be provided via email, including a Retreat Participant Guide, advice on setting intentions, and initial inner work exercises.

The retreat:

You'll travel to the accommodation, provided as part of the package, the day before the retreat. In the morning after breakfast, your facilitator will join you at the accommodation. We'll start with a grounding meditation and navigate specialised breathing exercises to support you before your journey.
The unique 4–6-hour ceremony will connect you to the healing power of plant medicine, accompanied by music, instruments, fragrances, and special tools. Your facilitator will be with you throughout to provide support.

Integration

Afterward, you'll have time to reflect and enjoy a nourishing vegetarian meal, followed by a sharing about your journey with your facilitator. The next morning, together with your facilitator, you'll enjoy a delicious breakfast at the accommodation and engage in a few personalised integration exercises, such as guided meditation, breathwork, or journaling practice.

Registration:

After your registration, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to an online form with a few additional questions. After completing this form, the team will contact you to schedule the 1:1 preparation.

Legalities:

Truffles containing psilocybin are legal for purchase and consumption in the Netherlands.

Contraindications:

This retreat is unsuitable for those with heart problems, severe mental health issues, or psychosis. If in doubt about other medical conditions or medications, consult a doctor before participating.

Psilocybin:

Derived from magic truffles, psilocybin is a natural compound renowned for its ability to induce altered states of consciousness. It serves as a catalyst for profound insights, emotional release, and altered perceptions, making it a powerful tool for self-reflection, transformation, and personal growth.

We speak English, and Dutch.

Day 1:

• Arrive at the accommodation anytime after 16:00 for an overnight stay.

Day 2:

• Car pick-up from accommodation to Finnish Kota in the morning for psilocybin ceremony (or ceremony takes place at your accommodation).
• Dedicated facilitator accompanies you for the ceremony day, and the next morning.
• Enjoy a vegetarian dinner after the ceremony.
• Facilitator stays in separate room at accommodation for ongoing support.

Day 3:

• Begin the day with breakfast, a sharing session, and integration exercises (e.g., journaling, breathwork, guided meditation).
• Choose to extend your stay (advance notice required) or depart by 11 a.m.
• Receive a personal integration video call post-retreat.
