Terms and Conditions

This agreement is entered into between Elevated Mind Retreats (referred to as the Organiser) and You (referred to as the Participant). By booking a retreat with Elevated Mind Retreats, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

This agreement establishes the following terms, including but not limited to:

Informed Participation: The Participant acknowledges the psychoactive nature of psilocybin and agrees to participate with this awareness.
Safety Assurance: The Organiser commits to ensuring the safety and comfort of the Participant during the retreat.
Conduct Agreement: The Participant agrees to approach the retreat with a cautious, considerate, and respectful attitude, refraining from disruptive or negative behaviour.
Health Declaration: The Participant affirms their physical and mental fitness in the Own Risk & Intention Declaration, commits to seeking medical advice, disclosing pertinent health information, and informing the Organiser of any alterations in their medical condition.
Medication Responsibility: Participants are responsible for consulting their medical professional before discontinuing prescribed medications, and the Organiser holds no liability for adverse effects.
Psychotic Disorder Confirmation: The Participant confirms the absence of any diagnosed psychotic disorders.
Dietary Guidelines: The Participant commits to adhering to dietary guidelines and substance abstinence as specified by the Organiser.
Organiser's Rights: The Organiser reserves the right to expel individuals not following guidelines, disrupting the group, or presenting a threat to safety, with no responsibility for refunds or alternative accommodation.
Should a participant decide to leave during the retreat, the organiser is not responsible for the reimbursement of any funds.

Cancellation Policy

If canceled up to 9 weeks before the event: We will refund the full ticket price minus an admin fee of €45.
If cancelled up to 5 weeks before the event: we will refund 50% of the ticket price minus an admin fee of €45.
Cancellations less than 5 weeks before the event: Not eligible for a refund. However, when possible and at the discretion of the Organiser, you may be able to choose another event with a valid reason for cancellation. An admin fee of €45 will apply in the latter case.

Travel Insurance

Organiser is not responsible for any cancellations, and strongly recommends that guests obtain travel insurance to protect against potential illnesses and other unforeseen circumstances.

Responsibility for Cancellation

Once you have booked your reservation, you are solely responsible for cancelling on time.
By booking through the booking form, WhatsApp, or email, you agree to the terms and conditions stated herein.

Liability

The Organiser disclaims any liability for injuries, damages or losses suffered by a Participant during or after the retreat. By participating in the Organiser's retreat and agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, the Participant acknowledges a comprehensive understanding and assumes full responsibility for potential risks. The Participant is responsible for reviewing the information on the contraindications page and self-informing about any existing risks. The Participant holds the Organiser, its owners, and employees free from any liability or responsibility.

Modification of Terms

Organiser reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Any modifications to the terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
By continuing to use our services after modifications to the terms and conditions have been posted, you agree to be bound by the updated terms and conditions.
